We start with a conversation — about your surf, your goals, and what kind of board might suit you.

We propose a shape and talk through dimensions, rails, fins, glassing, and finish. You’ll know what each choice means.

Confirm
We finalize the specs, timing, and price. You’re clear on what’s next.

Down payment
A partial payment secures your spot in the queue.

Shape
We hand-shape your board in our Shonan atelier, one at a time, no shortcuts.

Glassing
You board gets glassed and finished by our partner factory with the highest standards to ensure durability, and aesthetics

Delivery
Once it’s ready, we’ll let you know. You can pick it up or we can ship it. Final payment is due before delivery.

Pricing depends on the size of the board, glassing options, and a few other details. The prices below are starting points for each size range. We’ll give you a final quote after we’ve heard what you’re looking for.
