MEET THE RIDER
This custom order came from our rider Yacchan, who is now on his sixth longboard with our brand.
Until now, his shortest board had been a 9’5”. For this project, we went even shorter, selecting a 9’2”, and shaped a Hot Dog–style longboard with a strong emphasis on control.

THE DESIGN STORY
A Rare Clark Foam Blank from 25 Years Ago
The most distinctive element of this board is the blank itself.
For this shape, we used a genuine Clark Foam blank, from a company that closed its doors 25 years ago. Today, these blanks are no longer available, making this a truly rare and special piece of foam.
The reason for choosing Clark Foam lies in its unique stringer construction.
This blank features a balsa and redwood sandwich stringer, a special configuration that delivers a distinctive flex pattern along with timeless visual character.
By shaping with this rare material, the board gains a stronger presence and individuality as a one-of-a-kind longboard.
Classic Lines with a Control-Focused Design
The overall design stays true to classic longboard lines.
It features a classic nose and classic tail, paired with a full-length rounded bottom.
This bottom contour allows for smooth, predictable control while maintaining solid speed across the face of the wave.
The rails are shaped as down rails, becoming sharper toward the tail to add extra bite and precision through turns.
The deck is finished with a rounded wet deck, contributing a softer, more forgiving feel underfoot and enhancing overall ride comfort.
